Scope : Design and Build

PT. Jaya Property has launched a new cluster that emphasizes harmonious and comfortable living. CDAM was tasked with designing and constructing a spacious Botanica Aralia 9x16 type within this project. We were challenged to create a unique design concept for each area, incorporating contemporary elements and a blend of bold and neutral colors through a selection of diverse textures. Our goal was to seamlessly integrate all these elements together.
